Roy Carrico

Roy Carrico is a third generation Pentecostal who grew up in the Pentecostal Church of God.  A native of Houston, Texas, he attended San Jacinto College, the University of Houston and Southern Bible College. 

Since 1992 he has served in various ministry positions such as the East Texas District Youth Director, Lead Pastor in Sour Lake, Texas and Gosnell, Arkansas, and was a Co-pastor in Baytown, Texas.  With a ministry that can be characterized as Bible based preaching with an emphasis to earnestly contend for the powerful experience of Pentecost, Bishop Carrico has been invited to speak youth camps and church conferences all over the country.

Chris Kelley

Chris has served as the pastor of the Gospel Lighthouse in Powderly since 2007.  His strong leadership and powerful preaching has been the catalyst to solid growth in their church body.

After serving in the Paris Texas Fire Department, Chris made the decision to move into full-time ministry and has been passionately building the kingdom ever since.   

In 2001,  Chris married his wife, Faith, and they have two wonderful boys, Luke and Ben.

Rick Martinez

Rick has served as the Pastor of Bethel Church in Houston since 2015 and has been a part of the East Texas District since the day he was born.

After earning his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin, he served as the Impact Student Ministries District Youth Director for 6 years.

He is passionate about communicating the gospel clearly with all generations and has been invited to speak all over the nation and internationally as well.   

Rick has been married to his wonderful wife Alisha since 2012, and they have two children together, Isaac and Olivia.

Paula Carrico

Paula has served at the director of Empowered Women's Ministries since 2009.  She has a Bachelors degree in education from Stephen F. Austin University and has taught in the public school sector for the past 15 years. 

Impact Student Ministries Directors
Terry and Jessica Hatcher

Terry and Jessica have been serving in ministry together for 11 years.  They met while traveling as Mighty Warriors for Nancy Harmon Ministries. 

Since leaving the evangelistic field, they have served various churches as worship pastors, youth pastors and associate pastors.  In 2018, the Lord led them to start the annual youth rally "United We Stand".

Since joining the PCG in 2016, Terry and Jessica have had a strong focus on preparing the youth of today to be the leaders of tomorrow.
